Our Big 4 client was seeking to hire a senior M&A Deals Director to lead their Deals Service line in Oman. As part of an extensive mapping exercise, Consulting Point was able to identify 4 candidates working for competitor firms. All 4 candidates were contacted and were excited about the opportunity based on Consulting Point’s local knowledge of them and the market. A suitable candidate was then offered and subsequently accepted.
