As an exclusive supplier to a Private Equity backed small-to-medium sized consulting firm specialising in NHS improvement, we were tasked with growing their Implementation team from 0 to 10 by the end of 2017. Acting as strategic partner, we have advised on how to formulate the recruitment process from scratch, provided insight into current market trends and salaries and have developed a strong pipeline of hires from direct competitors.
Within 3 months we are happy to announce the successful hire of the 1st candidate, with 2 more expected to join the team this month meaning we are on target to grow the team to expected levels by the end of the year.
