A key client of Consulting Point Search wanted to expand their team with an experienced Healthcare individual who could help them grow.
We have worked with this client extensively in the past so were able to identify several candidates who not only fit the brief but also matched the culture and ethos of the firm. Once several interviews had been completed the client wanted to offer one of our candidates and decided the right level for them to join. There was some negotiation required to get the right deal for both sides, which Consulting Point Search mediated, but eventually both parties were left happy.
