As part of our PSL agreement with a leading consulting firm, we have annual quotas to fill within their Operations Excellence Consulting team.
The specific skillset required was a balance of operational leadership and operations improvement delivery within a manufacturing environment.
We initially identified the perfect candidate and engaged in Q3 2016; timing wasn`t right at that point for him to move. Through careful candidate management and close contact, we waited for the right time to make the introduction and successfully coached him from interview to offer in 2 months after introduction.
