We were mandated by our client, a Big 4 advisory firm to search and select a Manager for their Robotic Process Automation (RPA) practice aligned to the Financial Services vertical in London, ideally from a direct competitor.
The role was to support the Financial Services division within London. The successful candidate would expect to be fast tracked to in the practice due to the huge demand in RPA to help banks and insurance firms automate processes using Blue Prism, AA or UI Path,.
We began a research lead search within the competitor arena and market mapped the sector comprehensively. Combining this with our existing knowledge base and network of contacts we went straight to shortlist. Due to the importance of the role and the client's timescales, we worked together to deliver the completed assignment within 5 weeks
