Arthur D. Little (ADL) announced the appointment of Koen Segers as a Partner in its Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) practice, based in its Brussels office. Koen brings 25 years of hands-on experience in the Life Sciences industry to ADL, working globally with both blue-chip companies and start-ups. At ADL, he will focus on supporting the growth of the HCLS practice in Belgium as well as in international markets.

Koen comes to us from Deloitte Belgium, where he served as a Senior Director, leading the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry offerings across multiple service lines. He was also the MedTech sector lead for Belgium. Before his time at Deloitte, Koen was instrumental in establishing the European entity for Acutus Medical, a San Diego-based startup. With an extensive career in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry, Koen has held key roles in commercial operations at Medtronic and Johnson & Johnson. His expertise spans business excellence, go-to-market strategies for the MedTech industry, and health economics, outcomes research, and market access for the broader Life Sciences sector
