PA Consulting (PA), the company that’s bringing ingenuity to life, has appointed Guy Stephenson as an Executive Advisor within its Aviation team. Guy will work with PA’s aviation experts to help airlines and airports improve their strategic, commercial, and operational performance. This includes leveraging opportunities in digital transformation and responding effectively to the changing aviation landscape.

Guy brings almost 35 years of experience in the aviation and transport sector. Most recently, he was Gatwick Airport’s Chief Commercial Officer for nearly a decade, where he was accountable for delivering passenger traffic, setting global airline route development, commercial and surface access strategies, and managing airline, retail, and commercial partnerships.

Guy previously served as the Commercial Director of Thomsonfly, the UK-based scheduled and charter airline, leading on network, commercial proposition, and revenue development until its merger with First Choice in 2007 to create TUI Travel Plc. He was also the commercial director of the National Express Coach Division, responsible for the business’ network, revenue, customer operations, and Eurolines international business. Prior to this, Guy held Director positions at Credit Suisse and Barclays, focusing on the Global Air Transport Sector advisory business and aviation cross-border financing, respectively.

Guy is a highly experienced aviation and transport executive, and we are delighted that he will be working with our aviation team to help airlines, airports, investors, and the wider aviation supply chain deliver enduring results. Guy brings a wealth of experience in the UK and beyond and I know he will be an asset to our team and our clients alike.”
