Charles River Associates (CRA), a Boston-headquartered management consultancy, has hired two new vice presidents in its US operations: Jonathan Rajewski and Christine Oumansour.

Rajewski joins the forensic services practice in Houston, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in civil and criminal digital forensic investigations, including providing expert testimony. He spent the last five years at Aon, where he was North American practice leader for Stroz Friedberg Digital Forensics & Incident Response.

Before that, he was a computer forensic examiner for the State of Vermont and a senior consultant and computer forensic examiner at Protiviti. Rajewski also spent 12 years as an associate professor of digital forensics at Champlain College.

He has a master’s degree in information technology from Champlain College, a bachelor’s degree in economic crime investigation from Hilbert College, and an associate’s degree in computer information systems from Erie Community College. Rajewski also holds certified fraud examiner and certified computer examiner designations, among others.

“Jonathan shares our passion for helping clients when they are facing complex technical challenges, such as high-stakes theft of trade secret and cybercrime investigations, while advising them on how to anticipate and most effectively respond to the ever-evolving threats on the Internet,”

said Kristofer Swanson, VP and forensic services practice leader at CRA.

Oumansour joins CRA’s energy practice in Boston. She has nearly 20 years of energy sector experience advising on all types of energy infrastructure projects at every stage of development.

Oumansour previously spent four years at Oliver Wyman, where she was a partner advising energy companies on corporate decisions, commercial pursuits, market entry and opportunity prioritization, energy transition, and large capital portfolio optimization.

Before that, Oumansour spent nine years at PowerAdvocate, a specialty data and supply chain intelligence firm, where she was a partner and head of the international business.

Earlier in her career, she was an energy researcher at DeMatteo Monness LLC.

Oumansour has an MBA from the London Business School and bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

“Christine has worked extensively with global energy companies across five continents on large portfolios and complex projects, and is a recognized industry thought leader in the energy transition and capex space,”

said Chris Russo, VP and energy practice leader, CRA.
