New York, NY, March 27, 2024 – Oliver Wyman, a leading global management consulting firm and a business of Marsh McLennan [NYSE: MMC] announced today that Mariya Rosberg has been appointed Americas Head of Banking & Financial Services effective immediately. Based in New York City, Ms. Rosberg is a member of Oliver Wyman’s Americas and Global Leadership Teams.

Ms. Rosberg has over 25 years of experience in both consulting and the banking industry having served leading investment and universal banks across the globe. She began her career at Oliver Wyman in 2004. Most recently, she served as Head of its industry-leading Americas Corporate and Institutional Banking practice, which grew significantly under her stewardship. Her professional banking industry experience includes roles in wholesale banking at Deutsche Bank and at Merrill Lynch. In 2018, she was named Working Mother of the Year.

Ms. Rosberg advises senior executives in the banking and financial services industry across a range of issues, including business and client strategy, performance transformation, and regulatory remediation. She is a seasoned leader of large-scale change programs within the industry.
