Respondents in BCG's study showed that Saudi Arabia scored in the top quintile of all countries surveyed in terms of general satisfaction with digital government services, with a net satisfaction score of 76 percent, in comparison to the averages of developed countries (64 percent) and developing countries (58 percent)
