Capgemini announced that it has completed the acquisition of Empired Limited (ASX: EPD), first announced on July 19, 2021. The combined scale and broad services portfolio will position Capgemini as a digital, data and cloud market leader in the region, with extensive capabilities across the entire Microsoft technology product suite.
