Our management consultancy client had a requirement for a Junior SAP UI5 Consultant to join their already successful SAP practice, and stated that they wanted a ‘Star of the Future’.
Finding a Junior SAP UI5 Consultant that could be deemed a ‘Star of the Future’ was quite challenging due to it being quite a niche area within SAP, but hard work paid off when we found the perfect candidate, and after putting the candidate in front of the client, it was clear that we had found them exactly the type of candidate they were looking for.
In the end, our client got a very ambitious, driven and capable Consultant who has a very bright future ahead, and our candidate joined a firm that would be able to give him the experience and support he needed to make those forward steps in his career.
