We were mandated by our client a tier 1 MBB Strategy firm to search and select an Associate Partner for their automotive arm in Munich, ideally from a direct competitor.
The role was to lead the procurement and operations division within Germany and sourcing centres in China, India, Thailand, Poland and Brazil. The successful candidate would expect to be fast tracked to a full partner within 6-12 months and would inherite the manufacturing and automotive division in Germany.
We began a research lead search within the competitor arena and market mapped the sector comprehensively. Combining this with our existing knowledge base and network of contacts we went straight to shortlist. Due to the importance of the role and the client's timescales, we worked together to deliver the completed assignment within 12 weeks.
