We were approached directly by a market leading innovative technology and services firm operating globally within the Leisure, Travel and Tourism Industry. They were looking for help to grow their client facing management consulting unit.
The role required a very specific candidate; someone with a top MEng engineering degree, a balance of business process and technology consulting pedigree, and ideally someone with Tourism industry experience.
Within 1 week of focussed head hunting, we found the perfect candidate; our client fast-tracked the hiring process and the offer was accepted 4 weeks after Consulting Point took on the assignment. We have now been mandated to help exclusively grow this team globally at all levels.
